Well, apparently I have been working so much on this project that I am missing some of the most obvious things that would make you laugh. I spent nearly 3 days trying to understand why I was unable to programmatically create a stored procedure (SP) in an SQL database. Well, let me rephrase that, in the "proper" SQL database.
